Head of Marketing

A leading, multi-branded recruitment firm are looking for a new Head of Marketing to manage their talented team and develop candidate and client communication.

Already operating across four continents, the company recruits a number of different professional vocations for every industry area. The new Head of Marketing will manage an established team of brand managers who are responsible for running end-to-end campaigns for their own individual business areas. The successful candidate will be accountable for helping the brand managers to create innovative and exciting marketing strategies that will enable each business unit to develop a deep rooted reputation for delivering a quality recruitment service to both candidates and clients.



You should possess experience in the following areas:

-Already have experience of the recruitment industry
-Ideally have worked for an international organisation
-Have experience of managing and motivating a team.
