Data Manager

We are currently recruiting for our client, a large international Asset Management company, who require an IT Manager specialising in all data related development change within the company. The successful candidate will be seen as a data specialist and will have extensive knowledge in data techniques and methodologies.

The IT Manager will also be expected to liaise with technical architects and influence the overall direction of the data strategy.

Successful candidates must be able to prove they have the following experience:

* Line management experience including assignment of tasks, appraisals, agreeing priorities, delievering targets, monitoring progress
* Lisiaing with users of the data services provided by the team and Data Architects
* Ability to liaise with data Business Analysts and understand their functional specifications
* Experience of data integration and design projects
* Understanding of ETL, Oracle, Business Objects, Cadis, DAAS, PACE
