Property Manager - Knightsbridge - Immediate Start

Our client requires an experienced property manager to join their prestigious team on a temporary basis in the West End area.

The key tasks involved will include updating both Landlord and Tenants on daily maintenance queries and emergencies, obtaining landlord's approval for contractors to carry out works and booking the contractors, plus administration of deposit returns and general property management duties.

This role will involve a large amount of organisation and good use of time management, the candidate will need to be highly punctual, very organised with impressive communication and people skills.
