The vacancy, a property manager role, requires the successful candidate to have at least two years experience working for a well-known and respected agency, the candidate should have be vibrant, sparky, have excellent communication skills as well as being highly driven and able to work to a deadline without compromising on quality.
A successful candidate will be required to manage an existing portfolio confidently, encompassing anything from tenancy agreements, gas safety checks, as well as understanding and logging remedies to relevant maintenance issues, and any other management issue that may arise, as well as develop and grow the department. If successful the candidate will be involved being in contact with tenants and landlords via the phone, therefore, a strong, positive personality is required as well as the ability to build a rapport over the phone. The successful candidate would ideally be energetic, enthusiastic, highly organised and willing to get ‘stuck-in’ and work for one of the leading property companies in the city.
