Teaching Assistant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated teaching assistant in a multi-cultural Tower Hamlets Primary school.

As a Teaching Assistant you are to support the classroom teacher with their responsibility for the development and education of all pupils. You will be encouraged to establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is responsible, reliable, and loves spending time with young children

Please note the following requirements prior to applying for this position:
- You must have good spoken English;
- You must have a minimum of 6 months child related experience;
- Your CV must cover the last 5 years employment history and any employment breaks must be explained;
- You need to supply two recent professional references, relating to your work with children;
- This position is subject to an Enhanced CRB Disclosure.
