You will have a passion for representing TalkTalk’s business and their associated Brands. The role requires you to provide clear and strong direction to the delivery teams to support the Retention activity. Sales and service skills are required for this dynamic role. You will have proven management leadership experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop individuals to achieve their full potential. This is a fast paced ever changing environment, perfect for an individual who relishes a challenge and has a “can do” attitude. A key objective of this role is to ensure the consistent delivery of customer satisfaction and be the driving force for operational excellence in line with Careline and Talk Talk’s culture. You will be responsible for ensuring your team meets the key performance indicators, agreed service levels and quality targets set. The role will also focus on ensuring all contact with customers is maximised in order to drive customer loyalty, this will be achieved through instilling a passionate and innovative approach to work and aid in the increase of performance, quality and personal development.
