1-2-1 TA needed for statemented child in Year 6

A new school is currently looking for a vastly experienced Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-1 basis with a statemented child in Year 6.

The child has recently been transferred from a PRU unit and will be with the school for the rest of the year. The vacancy has recently been released as the school have been given additional funding due the child having a statement.

Due to severity of the child’s behaviour problems, the ideal candidate will need extensive experience of children with behavioural problems and experience with IEP’s and in Pupil Referral Units is desired.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
