Food Technology Teacher needed in Warwickshire!

A long term placement has opened up in the Warwickshire for a suitably qualified Food Technology Teacher. The successful candidate will be required to teach from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5. The position is due to start in April 2012.

The School itself is rated as satisfactory by OFSTED with a good capacity for improvement. It is a larger than average comprehensive school, with a smaller than average proportion of students from ethnic minorities.

You must have the ability to work by yourself. You will be a fantastic communicator and have the ability to steer students through their exams at a difficult time of year. The ideal candidate will also be required to have an active input into the running of the department. You must be prepared to offer extracurricular activities to the students.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant teaching qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional teaching references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
